Spring break is upon us!! Take a drive along 30A and you will see that there are people everywhere. I thought I'd post some of the fun activities that are coming up.
Watercolor Art in the Park

Watersound Gospel Sunday in the Park
Come celebrate Easter Sunday with the amazing voices of the New Gulf Coast Choir! Under the leadership of Michael Grady, these incredible young singers show how music can inspire lives and change hearts. Mr. Grady and his wife Mechelle started the New Gulf Coast Choir to assist young people at risk with today’s challenges. They offer assistance in the areas of academics, social adaptation, performing arts and community service. The choir, started in 1997, has become an award winning group sharing the stage with Grammy winners from across the U.S.

Alys Beach welcomes the Easter Bunny
The Easter Bunny will greet guests and children in the courtyard of one of Alys Beach's new homes on March 21.
The Easter Bunny's visit coincides with a Courtyard Home Tour, which will also feature a performance by children from the New Gulf Coast Choir. The free open house event will be from 6 - 8 p.m., and is open to the public.
Fonville Press coffee shop/wine bar will also host its weekly Après Beach party from 5 - 9 p.m., with a performance by The Justin Fobes Band.

EASTER AT EDEN GARDENS
Date: Sunday, March 23rd from 12 noon to 3 p.m.
Description: The Department of Environmental Protection’s Eden Gardens State Park and the Friends of Eden Gardens would like to invite everyone to Easter at Eden. Families are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch. Music this year will again feature Jeremiah Campbell and the WaCo Ramblers. Festivities begin at 12 noon March 23rd, with the Easter Bunny arriving at 12:30 p.m. Egg hunts will be open to local children 0-2 (1 p.m.), 3-5 (1:15p.m.), 6-8 (1:30p.m.) and 9 up (1:45p.m.) Volunteers to help with the egg hunt are always appreciated.
Parking inside the park is very limited. Overflow parking will be provided at Bay Elementary. Admission to the park is $3.00 per vehicle, $1.00 for bikes and pedestrians.
