Agent Bio:

Nancy was born and raised here. She enjoyed countless summers on the beaches of South Walton, Destin and Fort Walton Beach. She has seen how the area has changed and grown. Nancy graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola with a B.A. in Accounting Information Systems with a Minor in Marketing. Nancy spent several years in the CPA industry, and then segued into Sales in the Accounting Software industry. In 2004, after many successful years in this industry, she made a decision to bring her sales knowledge home to promote and sell the area she loves so much. “ I feel my education and experience in both sales and accounting give me a strong edge on helping buyers and sellers with strategic business decisions that can greatly increase their investment portfolios. Add to that my knowledge of the area, and it’s a win, win for my customers.” Nancy and her husband, Tim, are raising three beautiful girls and have made Santa Rosa Beach, FL their permanent home. Nancy is very involved in the Scenic 30-A Corridor area. She is a past board member and Treasurer of the Seaside Neighborhood School in Seaside, FL as well as a past President of her neighborhood homeowner’s association. Nancy has run the Finish Line at the Seaside School Half Marathon (http://www.seasidehalfmarathon.com) for the last 7 years and hopes to continue well into the future. She is also a member of the Emerald Coast Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and The Women’s Council of Realtors. She is also a 2010 Leadership Development Program Graduate through the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. Nancy also holds her Florida Broker’s License and is a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designee. “I love our area so much, and feel very blessed that Tim and I are able to raise our children on the same beaches we grew up on as kids.
