Hannah Martin received her real estate license in 2009 and joined Jimbo Holloway as a Licensed Sales Executive. Hannah has studied at the University of Arkansas and Northwest Florida State College for a degree in business. She was introduced to real estate through the influence and mentorship of Leigh Martin, her aunt, who is currently a successful agent in Memphis with Sowell & Company Realtors. Hannah’s go big or go home personality has helped her survive throughout the years “I love my job, I love helping people find their dream home whether its $100,000 or $5,000,000 it feels amazing to help find people a place where they make memories with everyone in their life. I always laughed when people said we are selling dreams, but that’s what we do on 30-A, everyday we sell people dreams and that is the ultimate reward”. Hannah started her career in 2008 as an assistant to Jimbo Holloway and has been working her way up every day since. Jimbo has been a very influential mentor for her and has helped equip her with the tools she uses today to navigate the real estate market. Hannah has currently sold and assisted in over 50 million dollars in sales since she started her career at the early age of 20. Hannah’s Mom is also a resident of 30-A, teaching pre-algebra and Honors algebra at the Seaside Neighborhood school. In addition to Hannah’s career she is a very talented golfer an was ranked all-state for 3 years in high school and enjoys playing when she can fit it into her schedule. Hannah has lived along 30A for 5 years now and enjoys every aspect of it. Hannah lives and breathes all that 30-A has to offer and is a regular where ever she goes. Spending a day on 30-A with her is a real treat just ask any of her and Jimbo’s clients and they radiate with smiles.
